Ingrid Kylstad works as a consultant at the Brussels Office. Her responsibilities include monitoring and counseling on EU legislation, assistance in implementing lobby campaigns as well as organization of training sessions and seminars.

Ingrid holds a Master in European Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) of Liberal Arts from Maastricht University. Her master thesis focused on Turkey’s application for EU membership. She has previously worked as an intern at the Norwegian embassy in Berlin, and she has done freelance writing for a newspaper.
